Sweeping Beauty: is grassland arthropod community composition effectively estimated by sweep netting?

Congratulations to Ryan on his latest, greatest publication forthcoming in Ecology & Evolution – a very nice OA journal that feeds from Methods in Ecology & Evolution.

This paper is a contrast of the relative importance of adding pan traps to traditional sweep netting. It is a useful addition to the literature because there are few papers that explicitly compare sampling methodologies for insects. As always, I am a sucker for a good title. Great work Ryan.
